These terms apply to this website, including joining our waitlist. When the ExactaPlan application launches, your use of the product and any subscription will be governed by separate product terms, which we will make available at that time.

3. Using this website
You agree to use this website lawfully, and in particular not to:
- use it in any way that is fraudulent, unlawful or harmful;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with or disrupt the website or its systems;
- submit other people's details without their permission, or submit false information; or
- scrape, copy or misuse content or attempt to circumvent security features such as anti-spam controls.
4. Joining the waitlist
If you join our waitlist, you confirm the email address is yours (or that you are authorised to use it), and you agree that we may email you about our launch and related updates. There is no charge, and no guarantee about if or when the product will launch. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. We handle your details in line with our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The content on this website, including the ExactaPlan name, logo, text, graphics and design, is owned by or licensed to Empire Technologies Ltd and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.
6. Artificial intelligence (AI) features
Some features of ExactaPlan use third-party artificial-intelligence services to help generate or analyse content (for example drafting documents, risk assessments and method statements, or reading plans and files). AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving any AI-generated content before you use or rely on it and, for health-and-safety, legal or other regulated documents, for having it checked and signed off by a suitably competent person. AI features are provided "as is", and AI-generated content is not professional, legal or health-and-safety advice.
7. No warranties
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care, we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
